Onsite Equipment Mapping is a crucial component of FacilityONE’s software onboarding process for senior living facilities. Onsite Equipment Mapping can begin after your senior living facility’s blueprints and/or floor plans are transformed into F1 MAPS interactive maps.
To execute this part of onboarding, an experienced Onsite Equipment Mapping team member will travel to your senior living community. While onsite, the team will canvas all building levels, including basements and roofs, to take pictures of each piece of equipment. They will photograph mechanical, electrical, plumbing assets, and more. In addition to taking pictures of the assets, the team will collect critical information like model and serial numbers.
These photographs and information are uploaded to your senior living facility’s UNITY Solutions Suite and mapped in F1 MAPS. Equipment is shown on interactive maps in their exact location, and all relative information is attached digitally.
Facility managers and technicians can click on equipment to view existing asset information and add new information, like maintenance notes, photos, or videos. Equipment can be considered and edited from any smartphone, tablet, or computer connected to the internet. Managers and technicians can then easily search for equipment, attach work orders to the equipment, and run critical productivity and status reports.
